Guarantee: All products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. All products come with our satisfaction guarantee. We will also exchange items to correct sizing problems.
Exchanges: Please contact customer service by eMail or telephone (360-701-6375) for a Returned Material Authorization (RA) number and instructions within 10 days of receiving your product(s). We reserve the right to reject unauthorized returns. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. You will also be charged the cost of shipping the exchange item(s) to you. Returned items must be in new, unaltered and unworn condition with the original tags attached. Special orders, customized and personalized products such as unusual color apparel or embroidered apparell may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Clearance sale items may be exchanged for another in-stock clearance item or returned for store credit only - no refunds.

We reserve the right to reject unauthorized returns. You will be responsible for all shipping charges (shipping charges are subtracted from refunds). Returned items must be in new, unaltered and unworn condition with the original tags attached. Returns are usually processed within two weeks of the time a returned package is received. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
We do not charge restocking fees on regular stock merchandise. Clearance sale items may be exchanged for another in-stock clearance item or returned for store credit only - no refunds.
All Refunds and Returns Must have a Return Authorization (RA) Number. E-Mail owner@a-1americanflags.com for your authorization number and shipping instructions.

We will promptly issue an RA# via return e-mail or over the phone (preferably by e-mail).
Exchanges: State the size or style you wish to exchange for. Your credit card will be charged or credited for any price differences.
Please state if you wish 2nd day delivery back to you for a applicable charge.

The RA# must be prominently displayed inside the shipping box on a piece of paper or the original invoice or packing slip.

There is a 25% restocking charge on all return items for refunds..
We do not pay for return shipping to us for return or exchange.
We do not pay the shipping for exchange orders. Altered used or damaged articles are NOT acceptable for returns, refunds or exchanges.
Special orders, custom orders and custom made items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURN:
New goods received defective in manufacture for a refund.
New defective goods must be returned in 10 working days.
The credit card used initially will be credited. If the payment was by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
New goods for a refund must be returned within 10 working days of customer receipt.
New goods that are to be exchanged for other merchandise:
If the merchandise being exchanged for is a different selling cost than that of the item being returned, your credit card will be charged or credited accordingly.
If a check was used, any additional price difference must accompany the returned item.
Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds are limited to a single order.
Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash back by the "Recipient" and used for "in store credit" only. All unused portions of Gift Certificates are redeemable for in store credit usable only by the "original recipient". The "Original Purchaser" of Gift Certificate may receive a full refund providing the Gift Certificate has not been used and is available for original amount of Gift Certificate purchase only.
